Every town and library has the need and the capacity to undertake a library renovation or expansion project, they just don’t know it yet! Learn how to start at the root of the issue, the real need for more space and modernized space. In this 60 minute session, you will learn the steps needed to begin your campaign for a building project. Using case studies, you will understand how to use your data to provide your needs, how to communicate with your local stakeholders, and generate true advocacy through creative and thoughtful strategies.
