Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc. (DRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Associate Principals; Sarah Carda, AIA, Angel Khazadian, AIA, and Bonnie Peters, AIA. We are also thrilled to name four new Senior Associates; Ann Marie Procopio, IIDA, Judd Christopher, Courtney Southwick, and Greg Smolley, AIA. And last, but certainly not least, our Marketing Director, Debra Polomarenko is now an Associate.

Sarah has been with DRA for most of her architectural career. She handles the multitude of project responsibilities with quiet determination and resourcefulness. DRA relies on her managerial skills, problem-solving abilities, and thoughtful perspective.

Angel has been with DRA for nearly five years. She joined us with an exceptional portfolio and an approachable attitude. We knew right away we had something special. We admire how she balances a tenacious work ethic with a zest for fun.

Bonnie has been an exceptional member of the DRA team for six years. She is a highly skilled architect with the ability to see the big picture while deftly managing the details of a project. Her singular focus and collaborative spirit have proven to be a winning combination.

Judd came to DRA thirty years ago and brought with him energy and a collaborative spirit that he has continued to draw upon while managing countless projects. We love his creativity when planning office-wide events and games.

Ann Marie has been an integral part of DRA for 25 years. As our Director of Interior Design, she is a multi-talented professional, coordinating numerous projects simultaneously while serving our clients at the highest level. We value how she mentors young staff as they begin their professional careers. Her outstanding design sense, strong communication skills, and collaborative nature make her an invaluable leader.

Courtney came to DRA over a decade ago and has become a true studio leader. Her management skills coupled with her open-minded professionalism make her invaluable to the teams she oversees. As a Well Accredited Professional, she is committed to advancing human health and wellness in buildings and communities and we appreciate how this translates to our own office environment.

Greg joined DRA seven years ago as Director of our South Windsor Studio. Since that time, he has been an adaptable asset to DRA, managing project teams while contributing to our business development efforts. We have the highest regard for his leadership and forward-thinking mindset.
Debra Polomarenko
Associate | Marketing Director
Debra has been with DRA for over 20 years. She began as a proposal manager but provided administrative support well beyond that and has since become Marketing Director. Her sense of humor, perseverance, and ability to juggle multiple priorities (and personalities) has served her well.
