Angela has been practicing architecture for over 20 years and is a registered architect in CT, RI, MA and ME. As a LEED Accredited Professional with a strong interest in building performance, Angela strengthens DRA’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. She possesses a depth of experience in architectural planning and design in both the private and public sectors and brings a uniquely personal approach to each client. Her portfolio includes educational environments, libraries, public safety facilities, town halls, senior centers, theaters, and religious institutions.
Angela focuses on communication and collaboration. As part of DRA’s leadership team, Angela serves clients from initial project concept through occupancy. She is responsible for planning and design as well as team coordination, client communication, task management, scheduling and cost control.
For many years, Angela served as an Adjunct Professor and is currently a Visiting Critic of Architectural Design at the University of Hartford in both undergraduate and graduate levels. In her mentoring work, she strives to ultimately increase diversity in the profession of Architecture.
Angela serves on the Connecticut AIA Board of Directors, which encourages design excellence, and works to improve society through a concern for the quality of the built and natural environments.
