Lyndon Institute, an independent school in Vermont, is a traditional “New England Academy” enrolling both American and International students.  The school needed to expand their residential offering to meet the demands of the popular boarding program that was re-established in 2003. After exploration of several options, the administration and Board of Trustees agreed with DRA’s recommendation to expand and renovate the existing Campbell Cottage.  

The 26 - bed facility includes a multi-function common area, a fitness room, two resident faculty apartments, a dining area and appropriate bathroom facilities for the common and bedroom areas.  Certain elements of the project are designed to include “green” components.
