Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary Hamilton, MA
Throughout a 25 period, DRA planned and designed several facilities on the Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary Campus. These projects included a new 10,000 square foot chapel, and a new $5.3 million academic center including classrooms, offices, an auditorium, media center, and an outdoor courtyard. The dramatically sited chapel provides a focal point for the campus. The barrel vaulted narthex serves as an entry to the main worship space and was originally designed so that it would connect to the anticipated Academic Center that was constructed six years later. Renovations to Kerr Hall included offices, dining facilities, a bookshop, and printing area.
