A campus master plan and a number of new and renovated building projects were completed over a ten year period. Building projects included a $9 million Graduate Center for business education which houses traditional and interactive classrooms, student service facilities, and a 250-seat lecture hall. The 55,000 square foot Graduate Center was completed in 1983. Other projects included the Hillside Housing complex completed in 1985 and the Orchard Housing Complex and Pedestrian Bridge, a $7 million project completed in 1989. In addition, DRA completed a number of classroom building renovation projects throughout the campus between 1989-1992. In 1995 DRA prepared a new master plan for a 34-acre parcel of land adjacent to the campus.
