DRA's master plan called for six multi-tenant office buildings on a 100-acre hillside site along Route 9. DRA completed four buildings and planning for a fifth. The first two buildings, the aluminum panel GTE building and the ceramic tile/reflective glass block Two Westborough Park form the entrance to the business park. The award-winning Two Westborough Park, a 4-story 107,000 SF office facility, features a curved, glass block solar court that creates a dramatic image. The 300,000 SF engineering office facility designed for GTE Strategic includes a 20,000 SF computer room and labs with humidity/temperature control and electromagnetic shielding. Design included a flexible two-wing floor plan allowing for single tenant use, at present, with the possibility of converting to multi-tenant use in the future.
